LaGRANGE, Ga. – The Greensboro College women's lacrosse team snapped a three-game losing streak Saturday with an 18-6 victory over LaGrange College.
 
LaGrange jumped out to a 4-1 lead midway through the first half before Greensboro rallied off seven straight goals to take an 8-4 lead.
 
Natalie Ritchey, who had the Pride's first goal, accounted for three goals during the run, while Christina SanGiacomo had two goals. Mackenzie Flemmons and Laine Walston had one goal each.
 
Following the Greensboro run, the Panthers made the score 8-5 before Greensboro took a six goal lead into the break as Peyton Joyce recorded two goals over the final nine minutes of the half, while SanGiacomo scored her third goal of the game.
 
The second half was all Greensboro as the Pride outscored LaGrange 7-1 to secure the 12-goal victory.
 
Flemmons had three goals in the half, while Joyce had two goals. Devan Macheras and Walston each had one goal.
 
Kianna Anderson earned the victory in goal after recording nine saves.
