ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. – The Greensboro College men's soccer team claimed its second consecutive USA South Athletic Conference regular-season title Wednesday.
The Pride (12-4-1, 9-0-1 USA South) defeated the Bishops of North Carolina Wesleyan 3-0.
With the score 0-0 in the 82

Shaun Watt got a head on a
Robbie Barnes cross to give Greensboro the lead.
Five minutes after Watt's goal,
Joel Cortez and
Tre Bailey found the back of the net to give Greensboro the 3-0 victory.
"It was an emotional game for both teams today as it was also Wesleyan's senior day," Head Coach
Tony Falvino said. "Both teams came out with a lot of intensity. I am proud of the way the boys responded in the second half. We are looking forward to hosting on Saturday."
Watt recorded a team-high seven shots.
Carlos Barragan accounted for four shots, while Mike Tzablas, Cortez, and Bailey each recorded one shot. Jamie Payamps stopped five shots in goal to earn the victory.
