Season Synopsis

2019: The Pride men posted an overall record of 12-7-2, while going 9-3-1 in USA South Athletic Conference play. Following the conclusion of the regualr season, Greensboro advanced to the semifinal round of the conference tournament and also had three player earn All-Conference honors.

2018: The Pride men posted an overall record of 15-3, while going 11-1 in USA South play to earn the USA South East Division Regular Season Championship. Following the season, Greensboro placed seven players on the All-Conference teams while Jordy Briceno was named USA South Athletic Conference Player of the Year.

2017: The Pride men posted an overall record of 15-5-1, while going 9-1-1 in USA South Athletic Conference play. Following the season, junior Carlos Barragan was named USA South Athletic Conference Player of the Year.

2016: The Pride men finished the regular season with an overall record of 12-8, while going 8-2 in USA South Athletic Conference play. At the conclusion of the regular season, the Pride advance to the USA South Athletic Conference Tournament semifinals.

2015:  In his first season at the helm of the Pride, Greensboro went on to win the USA South Athletic Conference Regular Season Title after posting a 9-0-1 conference record, while going 14-5-1 overall. The Pride then advanced to the conference tournament championship game, falling by a 1-0 score.
 
Prior to Greensboro College
 
Falvino came to Greensboro College from Davidson College where he served as an Assistant Coach for the Wildcats since the 2012 season. Prior to joining the Wildcats staff, Falvino worked at Francis Marion University, Wingate University, and High Point University.

Falvino graduated from Greensboro College in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Studies before receiving his Master's Degree in Sports Administration from Wingate University in 2010.

During his four years as a member of the Pride men's soccer team, Falvino earned All-Region honors while being named the USA South Athletic Conference Rookie of The Year in 2002 and the Conference Player of The Year in 2005. Falvino was also named a member of the USA South Athletic Conference Men's Soccer 50th Anniversary Team in 2013.
