Justyce Jones enters her first year as assistant women’s lacrosse coach in 2026 after graduating from Emory & Henry University with a degree in Sports Management.

Jones played one year at Barton College before transferring to Emory & Henry where she played her remaining three seasons. A native of Jacksonville, N.C., she was named All-South Atlantic Conference for her play during the 2026 season. Jones finished her career as the Wasps’ all-time leader in: career goals, points, ground balls, draw controls, caused turnovers, free-position goals, games played and games started. 

For her performance in the classroom, Jones was the recipient of the Hall Memorial Award, an annual, highly prestigious athletic honor given to the outstanding senior female student-athlete who best exemplifies excellence, leadership, and character on and off the field. She was also named to the 2024-25 SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, Spring 2023 Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll (cum laude), Fall 2022 Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll (magna cum laude) and was a recipient of the 2024-25 D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
