Greensboro College Pride

Student-Athletes:

• Priority given to Greensboro College graduates, but minimally nominee must have graduated from an accredited institution of higher learning
• 10 years removed from graduation year
• Competed on team for a minimum of two seasons
• Have distinguished themselves by their outstanding athletic performance as a Greensboro College student-athlete 
• While athletic achievement is of prime importance, outstanding accomplishments while attending Greensboro College will also be a factor in selection
• Submitted testimonial references that address the nominee's character, courage, and leadership can be uploaded or mailed to the Selection Committee Chairperson
• The inductee is required to attend the induction ceremony. Should the inductee be incapacitated in any fashion prohibiting attendance at the induction ceremony, the selection committee will consider circumstances and may elect to delay induction to another induction year

 
Coaches:

• Minimum of Five years of service to Athletic Department
• Considerations for selection are recognition as an authority/leader in the sport area involved, length and quality of coaching record, program growth and achievement of the individual after leaving active coaching service at Greensboro College
• Have coached a team or individual to a national, regional or conference championship, or received recognition from peers as a national, regional or conference coach of the year
• Served as an example of outstanding character, courage and leadership which Greensboro College seeks to develop in its athletic program
• The inductee is required to attend the induction ceremony. However, an individual chosen by the selection committee shall represent all inductees who are deceased or incapacitated

 
Administrator:

• A non-athlete nominee who, in various ways, made a significant impact, brought special recognition, and/or made an extraordinary contribution to the success or advancement of Greensboro College Athletics
• Must have worked at Greensboro College for a minimum of five years
• Served as an example of outstanding character, courage and leadership qualities that Greensboro College seeks to develop in its athletics program
• The inductee is required to attend the induction ceremony. Should the inductee be incapacitated in any fashion prohibiting attendance at the induction ceremony, the selection committee will consider circumstances and may elect to delay induction to another induction year

 
Team

• Minimum of 10 years removed from season of competition
• Exceptional accomplishment(s) at the conference and national level
• Made significant impact and/or brought special recognition to Greensboro College athletics. (Academic excellence, outstanding service to the community, etc.)
