Biography

Prep: Rainess was a three-time NCHSAA qualifier at Lake Norman High School, capping off his senior season with a runner-up finish at this years championships.  Rainess also earned 94 career pins while at Lake Norman HS, and recently finished with a 4-2 mark at the 2016 NHSCA National Tournament in April. Following his 2015-16 campaign Rainess was voted as the Conference Wrestler of the Year.
