The USA South Conference announced their men's golf weekly awards on Wednesday, and Greensboro College's Mason Fischer was named Men's Golfer of the Week after his performance at the West Pines Collegiate on Monday and Tuesday.

Fischer shot an opening round 71, followed by shooting a 72 in each of the next two rounds to finish at two over par. This is Fischer's first USA South Men's Golfer of the Week Award since becoming a member of the Pride.

Fischer finished the tournament tied for 21st out of 127 players in the field. Harris's two over for the tournament is his best performance this fall, besting his three over par tournament at the Gate City Invite.
