Winston-Salem, NC - Greensboro Softball earned a sweep over Salem on Saturday thanks to a big offensive day and strong pitching.
Game One: Greensboro 11, Salem 2
The Pride took down Salem 11-2 in five innings in game one. Greensboro scored two runs in the first inning, three in the third, and five in the fourth to gain a big lead that they wouldn't surrender.Â

Sophie Conger, and
Olivia Hyatt all had two hits each. Frazier,
Ella Ebert, and Conger had two RBI on the game.
Ivy Ray added a stolen base while
Raven Taylor had two stolen bases, as Greensboro continued to add to their conference lead in total stolen bases on the season.
Raina Hampel got the win in the circle, going three innings with three strikeouts.
Anna Frazier pitched the final two innings.
Game Two: Greensboro 17, Salem 3
The Pride scored a season high seventeen runs in game two. Greensboro also had a season high in home runs in a game with three.
Jordyn Tong,
Ella Ebert, and
Raven Taylor all homered while the Pride also hit four doubles.
Greensboro had two four-run innings while scoring seven runs in the seventh frame. Tong and Ebert had three hits each while Tong had three RBI.
Sydney Harris had a two-hit game with a double and two runs scored.Â
Ebert pitched for Greensboro and went 6.2 innings, striking out eight and allowing just three hits.Â
The Pride will play their next series on Monday when they travel to play Brevard. Game one begins at 1:00 pm.
