Greensboro, NC - Greensboro College Women's Wrestling is off to a strong start in 2025, and two wrestlers have been regionally and nationally ranked.

Kyra Tomlinson is ranked 17th in all of NCAA women's wrestling in the 138lb class according to The Open Mat. She is also ranked 3rd in the region by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA). In her most recent match against Southern Virginia, Tomlinson won via Tech Fall in 40 seconds.

Misplay has also started strong after missing the entire 2024-2025 season due to injury. She is ranked 5th in the region by the NWCA. She also wrestled against SVU in her most previous match, and won by Fall.

The team will travel to Mount Olive for the Mount Olive Duals this Saturday for their next event.
