Greensboro, NC - Greensboro College Women's Wrestling began their 2025 season with a home match against Allen University on Wednesday night inside the Reynolds Center Gymnasium.

Greensboro would fall 34-9 but did get two individual victories. Kyra Tomlinson began her 2025 season with a win in the 138lb match by tech fall 13-0. 

Hailie Misplay wrestled her first match since the 2023-2024 season after missing last season due to injury. She won the 145lb match by fall just 48 seconds into the match.

Breanna Davis, Minnie Locklear, Priscilla Dewitt, and Alyssa Wasmund all wrestled in their first collegiate matches of their careers. 

The Pride will wrestle again at the Mound Olive Invitational on Saturday.
