Greensboro, NC - The Greensboro Women's Lacrosse team (0-3) hosted Ferrum College (5-1) on Wednesday afternoon at Pride Field in their third game of the season.
Despite the loss, the Pride had multiple bright spots on the day. Goalie
D'Kayla Thomasson came into the game in the second quarter and played well in goal. She had a total of 13 saves on the game.
Starting goalie
Carly Walton also recorded her 100th career save in the first quarter. Walton, a sophomore, has started in goal all three games this season for Greensboro.
The Pride had 11 clears on the contest to go along with 18 combined saves between Walton and Thomasson.
Greensboro will host St. Andrews University on Saturday, March 16th at 3:00 PM.
