Greensboro, NC - The Greensboro College Women's Lacrosse team hosted Huntingdon College for a Saturday afternoon USA South match-up at Pride Field.  Today's game would be the opening of a lacrosse doubleheader, as the sun was shining and a large was watching the game from all sides of the facility.   While the Hawks are no longer a full-time conference member, the two teams are not strangers to each other, but today the Pride would end up on the wrong side of the score, falling 16-1.

Freshman Grace Dobson (Mebane, NC) and Junior Emily Gearhart (Port Huron, MI) each picked up three ground balls
Freshman Carly Walton (Tulsa, OK) caused two turnovers
Senior Sada Hollowell (Norfolk, VA) had 10 saves in the goal
As a team, Greensboro won seen draw controls

The Pride will return to action on Tuesday, April 18^th as they host Meredith College.  Start time is scheduled for 4:00pm.
