Greensboro, NC - This week, Greensboro College will have the great privilege of hosting the defending World Cup Champion Ukraine Women's National Wrestling Team, as they tour the city and host wrestling clinics on campus inside the Royce Reynolds Family Student Life Center Gymnasium.

This historic event will begin Thursday night when the team will host a community panel discussion, which will center around the current life in Ukraine. The panel discussion will take place in the Proctor West building at 7:30 PM.

On Saturday morning from 8:30 AM-12:00 PM, the team will host a free wrestling clinic that is open to athletes of all ages. This clinic will take place in Reynolds Gymnasium and is a potential once in a lifetime opportunity for wrestlers in the community to learn and interact with the Ukrainian Women's National Team.

On Sunday afternoon, the team will host a free one hour long clinic for women's high school wrestlers from 2:00-3:00 PM inside Reynolds Gymnasium. Other activities the team will participate in while in Greensboro include training with the Greensboro Men's and Women's wrestling teams, touring local schools and museums, and being able to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert on Sunday night.
