ROCKY MOUNT, NC--Greensboro's women lacrosse team fell to the Bishops of NC Wesleyan by a score of 13-1 in a road conference matchup on Thursday afternoon (March 24th).
Goalie
Sada Hollowell stood out in net, making 8 saves.
Selena Najera scored with 2:33 left in the 1st period, assisted by
Cassie Hindes to make the score 6-1 NC Wesleyan, before the Bishops scored the last seven goals.
GC was able to muster 19 groundballs, and put 12 shots on goal.
Greensboro will conclude its three-game road swing on Saturday (March 26) when it takes on the Ferrum Panthers in Ferrum, VA. The contest is slated for a 1 p.m. start.
