GREEENSBORO, N.C. – The Greensboro College men's tennis team dropped a pair of matches against the Falcons of Pfeiffer University Wednesday by identical 9-0 scores.
In the first match,
Carlos Barragan and
Phillip Deutsch fell at No.1 doubles by a 8-2 score before the Falcons took a 3-0 lead into singles play.
Following doubles, Greensboro dropped five of their six singles matches by sores of 6-0 and 6-0, while Barragan fell at No. 2 by scores of 6-1 and 6-1.
In the second match of the day, the Pride had the same result in doubles action while
Walker Van Horn won one game at No.2 singles.
