Pride Sports Preview: Week 6 (10/1-10/7)

The Pride men's and women's golf teams open up the week on Monday and Tuesday.  The Greensboro men head north to Ohio for the Gordin Classic while the women travel to Virginia for the Generals Invitational. 

On the soccer field, the men's team has a key USA South match-up at North Carolina Wesleyan on Saturday at 12 p.m.  The women have a two game road trip this weekend - at Mary Baldwin on Saturday at 1 p.m. and at Washington & Lee on Sunday at 1 p.m. 

The volleyball team will also hit the road on Wednesday to William Peace for a 7 p.m. match and to North Carolina Wesleyan on Friday for two matches against Mary Baldwin and the host Bishops.

Opening competition for the first time this season are the men's and women's swim teams.  The Pride will take part in the N.C. Kickoff Classic - competing against Division I, II and III teams - at the Greensboro Aquatic Center on Friday and Saturday.

Men's golf will conclude the week on Sunday at the Oglethorpe Royal Lakes Invitational.
